Get your tracker ready
A quick check before we activate it.
- Peel the sticker off the bottom of the tracker. It covers the motion sensor — leave it on and the tracker may not wake at all, lights included.
- Lift the rubber cover over the charging port and give the tracker a firm shake. A blue and a green light should come on. Still nothing? Charge it through that port, then shake it again.
- Put it outside, with open sky above it, and come back in to finish these steps.
- That's it — we'll wake it up for you the moment you've paid. If it ever needs a nudge, the app will tell you.
Your VROTRACK comes with its SIM already installed and paired. There's nothing to insert — you just activate it here.

Scanned the QR on your tracker? These are filled in for you. Otherwise, read them off the sticker.

The Device ID and IMEI last 4 are printed together on the sticker on your tracker and on the box label — the IMEI last 4 is the last 4 digits of the IMEI printed on your tracker.

Finish paying in Safari
Stripe’s secure checkout opened in Safari. Choose Subscribe there, then come back to this app and sign in with the email and password you just created.
Once you’ve signed in, the app wakes your tracker and shows you when it’s been found. Keep it outside with open sky above it.
