Power on your tracker

Let's get it talking to the network before we activate.

  1. Take the tracker outside, in the open air.
  2. Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 3 seconds — the light will start to flash.
  3. Leave it powered on while you finish these steps.
Your VROTRACK comes with its SIM already installed and paired. There's nothing to insert — you just activate it here.

Confirm your device

Scanned the QR on your tracker? These are filled in for you. Otherwise, read them off the sticker.

The Device ID and last 4 of the IMEI are printed together on the sticker on the back of your tracker.
